Electronic paddle warranty:
All products are sourced from only the best manufacturers.
Everything has a 12 month guarantee against faults.
What we don’t cover is wear and tear, if you kick it a million times, it’s not going to last forever. However if the paddle genuinely breaks through faulty materials it will be repaired or replaced if less than 12 months old and less than 100k hits. Faulty paddles will need to be sent back to our service centre. If the paddle is not a manufacturer fault (for example obviously damaged) we will offer a low cost repair service
Electronic paddles have a life expectancy of more than 100,000 hits. Every hit is recorded so each paddle’s life hit counter is stored at Kerpow Sports.
We have designed the Electronic Paddles to be fully serviceable! The Wifi module can be easily replaced. The sensors can also be replaced if they ever wear out. (We have not managed to wear one out yet! )
If your Electronic paddle needs servicing, you can simply send it back to us for repair, if outside of its 1 year warranty. Repairs are charged at parts only cost.
Postage to send the paddle back to Kerpow is at your cost.
We assemble them in our own workshop, in the UK.
Above all we want you to be happy, and will strive to make sure of this.
Faulty items are to be sent back to 20 Oakfield, Saxilby, Lincoln,LN1 2QW.
You must sent it back, well packaged and tracked with suitable insurance. This may seem obvious, but we need to inform you of this, just in case you decide to send it in a tesco bag with a £1 stamp attached to it.
