KerpowCube is a great way to measure power in your punches and kicks.
It measures power in newton meters of force and the speed of impact.
Display the result’s on any virtually any device, Mobile, Tablet, PC, Laptop via a browser connected to the internet.
Our design is wireless and does not need wires trailing of the cube like others on the market.
It is fully rechargeable and lasts around 2-3 hours continuous use.
The dashboard displays power, speed and interpreted Human force.
It uses the same tech as others on the market, but ours is about 1/3 of the cost.
Why is it a lot cheaper than others on the market? Simply put, we have used existing tech that is used in our electronic paddles and added a set of 4 channel load cells to a custom made chassis that sits inside the cube. Our standard dashboard is more streamlined, clearing showing the power every time you hit it, nothing more. We have a professional dashboard that is available at an extra cost.
How accurate is Kerpow Cube?
- Kerpow Cube measures data many times in a second, to give accurate results.
- However, results displayed will change on many factors.
- For example if the cube was held by someone who is very light, compared to someone who is very heavy and stood firm in a long stance for example, you will get 2 different readings.
- Also if someone has a 10oz Glove, compared to a 16oz glove the readings will differ.
- Measuring true striking power has too many variables to be consistent as the few factors mentioned above. (there are lots of other factors than can influence results)
The easiest way to measure performance is multiple strikes, all the same, in repetition. Hit it 3 time in a row, how close are the 3 readings for example.
